Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join an established and dynamic team supporting critical Security Sustainment applications for CMS. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to high-impact, enterprise-level solutions. Troubleshooting application issues and collaborate with other developers, system engineers and vendors for resolutions. Utilizing software development methodologies aligned with CMS' DevOps objectives. Working in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges in upgrading or modifying systems. Working with full stack technologies like JavaScript and Vue for critical application operation. Supporting application development and production, optimizing performance for essential functions. Contributing to designing robust, scalable, and efficient Enterprise Applications. Code, test, and troubleshoot applications deployed on cloud infrastructure for reliability and availability. Engaging in agile development practices using Jira, collaborating with the team to enhance functionality and modernize code bases. Providing configuration management support to ensure smooth operation of the system.
Required Experience:
JavaScript Vue MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) Nginx Willingness to learn new technologies Experience developing and updating technical documentation
Desired Experience:
Experience with Node.js, AngularJS, Angular, VueJS or comparable JavaScript frameworks/libraries Experience with containerization Experience working with Git for source code management Experience working with the AWS Platform Experience working in an Agile Development Team Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to include requirements definition, design, development, test, deployment, and sustainment
