Responsibilities Join the PLACE New Agent Launch to master lead generation and prospecting scripts. Turn inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments. Transform outbound sales opportunities into booked meetings. Assess leads to understand their motivation and financial situation, then relay this to the sales agents. Keep the database updated and maintain productivity reports. Dedicate time to improving your skills through education and script practice. Become an expert in the local real estate market. Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls. Use PLACE Technology to track your activities and manage client information. Qualifications Great at building relationships and enjoy interacting with people Passionate about sales and closing deals Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups Love working in a team and achieving team goals Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent on the phone Experience meeting sales targets Good at managing time and staying organized Quick to learn and use scripts Team-oriented Real estate license is a plus About-our-team
