Microsofts Digital Trust & Safety (DigiTS) organization is hiring a Senior Software Engineer Manager to lead a talented group of Software Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts. As Manager of DigiTS Data Science & Business Intelligence team, youll be responsible for the data pipelines that aggregates telemetry across Microsofts broader consumer business, to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations such as Europes Digital Services Act (DSA) and UKs Online Safety Act (OSA) and that our actions align with our policy goals. Youll work closely with product teams, policy makers, legal experts, and external partners to ensure that our solutions are aligned with Microsoft's values and standards, as well as the needs and expectations of Microsofts customers.
