Mercy Hospital in Northwest Arkansas is offering a flexible, incentivized Registered Nurse position. Shifts are available per diem, flex, or float with various shifts. Incentives include $40/hr base rate with variable shift incentives. This is a W-2 employee position with a requirement of minimum one shift in 90 days. Shifts can be 4, 8, or 12 hours long, allowing flexibility to work where and when you want. Overview: This is an opportunity for a nurse to participate in the Gig Nursing Program, which allows for day shift or night shift flexibility without weekend, holiday, or shift requirements. Nurses must be responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, available on short notice, and flexible to last minute shift cancellations. The program does not guarantee shift hours and may be subject to cancellation. Locations available include Rogers Community Hospitals in Berryville, specifically in the Women's and Children's departments for days, nights, and weekends. Qualifications: Education
Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. BSN preferred. Licensure
Personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure where nursing duties are performed, meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Experience
A minimum of two years of recent specialty specific bed-side RN experience. Certifications
BLS preferred. For Med Surg and Women's Health (L&D, NICU, M&B) certifications. Physical Requirements/Demands
Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
