We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Manager to oversee contract renewals, state reporting, aggregate excess recoveries, and special projects for our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) accounts in workers' compensation and liability. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Contract Renewals for all TPA accounts (work comp & liability) Prepare internal billing forms and spreadsheets Provide assistance in collection of Account Receivables as requested Aggregate Excess Calculate aggregate recoveries for applicable clients quarterly Submit aggregate recovery requests to appropriate carriers for reimbursement Track aggregate coverage recoveries in claims system Filing of State Reports as required Review and submit SI-17 report for all Florida clients Complete SI-20 report for all private Florida entity clients Complete SI-19 report upon annual renewal for Florida clients Provide annual defense fee reporting for all clients, valued as of 6/30 Complete Form 51 report annually for North Carolina Complete WC-26 report for all Georgia clients File or assist with filing any other State Filings as required by perspective jurisdiction for TPAs servicing self-insureds Miscellaneous Monitor Reports Ticketing system for assignment and completion of requests Provide assistance with special projects as requested Required Interaction with Employee / Departments / Community / Claims Personnel Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Software knowledge including Excel, Word, Outlook Good organizational skills Strong communication skills; verbal and written Strong analytical skills Positive attitude and teamwork for optimum provision of services Bachelor's Degree is preferred Benefits
