8:30 PM Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program OR Associate degree nurses with RN start dates of April 1, 2020, or later must provide documented proof of enrollment in a BSN program Minimum of 6 months RN experience required One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of current LPN experience preferred Current RN license valid in Arizona or compact state eligibility Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Excellent communication, teamwork, flexibility, and critical thinking skills Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed Exemption Status: Nonexempt Compensation Detail: Mayo Clinic has an innovative nursing compensation model that rewards for experience, education, and dedication to the organization. When combined with our competitive tuition reimbursement program, the compensation approach empowers nurses to grow professionally and maximize their earning potential. Benefits Eligible: Yes Schedule: Full Time Hours/Pay Period: 72 Schedule Details: 12 hr night shift, 19:00 - 07:30 3-12 hr shifts per week Seasonal Float Pool: Minimum of 2 shifts per week No weekend or holiday requirement Weekend Schedule: Varies International Assignment: No Site Description: Just as our reputation has spread beyond our Minnesota roots, so have our locations.
