A client of Insight Global is looking for a Data Admin to join their Data Conversion team. As a Data Conversion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful conversion of data from acquisitions and existing branches into our core ERP systems. Your responsibilities will include: Data Conversion: Collaborate with leaders for acquisitions and existing branches to analyze their existing data architecture. Develop comprehensive plans for data migration and execute them within predetermined timelines, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data integration. Data Validation: Work closely with existing resources to identify data validation requirements for our core ERP systems. Create scripts and processes to perform thorough data validations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Communication: Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, explain data conversion processes, and address any concerns or questions. Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate understanding. Time Management: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Perform well under time pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising the quality of deliverables. Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new data models and applications as required for successful data conversion projects. Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Conversion Scripts: Leverage your demonstrated experience in building and executing conversion scripts from outside data platforms. Utilize your expertise in Microsoft SQL and TSQL to write efficient queries and scripts for data transformation and integration.
