Responsibilities
•Draft and manage court documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and final reports •File documents with the Florida courts and monitor deadlines •Coordinate with court staff, clients, and outside professionals •Maintain organized case files and assist with preparation for hearings •Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families
Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years of experience in Florida guardianship and/or probate •Familiarity with court procedures and e-filing systems •Excellent drafting, organization, and time management skills •Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication style •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice software
