Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support our Windows Server, Azure, and virtualized infrastructure. This role also provides ITIL-aligned Helpdesk support to internal users, contributes to cybersecurity and compliance efforts, and maintains clear technical documentation and communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting both end users and fellow IT staff to ensure consistent, high-quality IT service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy Manage and monitor Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and Azure AD Support and maintain VMware and Azure Stack HCI environments Manage Microsoft 365, including Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and compliance policies Provide Tier 2/3 helpdesk support and excellent customer service to staff Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, including patching, auditing, MFA, and conditional access Manage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Microsoft Intune or similar tools Monitor and respond to alerts through SIEM platforms and other security tools Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, and change logs Participate in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and strategic planning Collaborate with a cross-functional IT team to resolve issues, complete projects, and ensure continuity of services Other duties as assigned The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.
