Maintenance and Cleaning Position
Job Description Pay Range is $16 to $18 dollars an hour for this position. Part Time Position Requirements: The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. Skills/Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance or related field Ability to communicate effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work independently and in a team environment Monday-Friday Schedule with Nights and Weekends Emergency on-call Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Info: Along with competitive pay, a Maintenance Person at a M Davis McDonald's restaurant is eligible for incredible benefits including: Paid Vacation for primary maintenance and PTO program for other maintenance crew Education through Archways to Opportunity including opportunities to earn a High School degree, college tuition assistance and English classes as a second language Medical, dental and vision coverage for primary maintenance personnel 401K This job posting contains some information about what it is like to work in a McDonald's restaurant, but it is not a complete job description.
