Projects from $100k- $25M in value, 50/50 split of ground up and renovation work, usually handle industrial and retail projects, 80% of work is local with repeat clients. Celebrating their 11 year anniversary soon, president/owner that is very in touch and plugged in with employees, strong backlog of upcoming projects. Job Description

Lead project management efforts while maintaining excellent communication skills with superintendents and clients. Multitask between multiple projects ranging up to $25M in size. Oversee all operations including scheduling, workload, budgeting and much more. Help estimators when necessary on bid days. Ability to lead projects from start to finish. Ensure all safety protocols are being strictly adhered to. Drive solutions. Assist in business development by maintaining excellent communication with clients. 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry. Someone who can hit the ground running. Estimating experience strongly preferred. Ground up and renovation experience. Worked on industrial and retail projects. Excellent written and verbal communication. Customer oriented with focus on business development. What's on Offer
