We are seeking a Medical Technologist to join a well-established, full-service laboratory team. In this role, you'll perform diagnostic testing across multiple specialties, supporting patient care by producing accurate and timely results. You'll gain hands-on experience with high-complexity testing across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and more. Whether you're a recent graduate with strong clinicals or a seasoned technologist, this is a high-impact opportunity with career growth potential. Key Responsibilities
Conduct and interpret testing in areas including hematology, serology, urinalysis, microbiology, chemistry, and coagulation Perform specimen receiving and manage inventory supplies Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or instrumentation issues Ensure quality control and documentation are performed according to SOPs Support accessioning and phlebotomy as needed Mentor and train new staff or students Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or a related field Valid Florida Medical Technologist license (or proof of application) ASCP or equivalent registry required to start Prior experience as a lab assistant, specimen processor, or clinical intern highly preferred Open to new graduates with strong clinical or lab exposure Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Benefits Summary
