In this role, you'll join a high-performing global engineering team to design, build, and optimize cutting-edge systems that power AI-driven decision-making in a trillion-dollar industry. This is a greenfield opportunity where your work will have a direct, visible impact from day one. You'll work across the stack, from building modern, scalable front-end applications to architecting backend systems that handle complex data pipelines, distributed processing, and advanced machine learning models. Accountabilities
In this role, you will: Develop and maintain robust full-stack solutions, from end-to-end front-end architecture and design to backend API development. Work with modern frameworks (preferably React/Redux) to create performant, user-friendly interfaces. Design and optimize backend systems using Python3 (experience with Java, C++, or C# also considered). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP, large-scale data pipelines, and machine learning models into the product. Leverage AWS serverless technologies, asynchronous workflows, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and system design to ensure scalability and maintainability. Use tools such as Docker, Git/GitHub, Flask, NumPy, and Pandas to deliver high-quality, production-ready code. Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should bring:
At least 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development. Strong skills in design, debugging, and problem-solving. Proven experience with front-end frameworks (React/Redux preferred). Solid backend development experience, including API design and implementation. Expertise in at least one object-oriented programming language (Python3 preferred). Experience with AWS, serverless architectures, and asynchronous workflows. Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Flask, Git/GitHub, NumPy, and Pandas. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Benefits
Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $210,000 (based on experience and location).
