Valet Attendant
As a Valet Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing efficient and courteous valet services. Responsibilities include safely and responsibly parking and retrieving guests' vehicles in designated areas, maintaining a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles, assisting guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles. You will manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment, coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage, and effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff. Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues; report any damages or issues promptly and accurately. Qualifications: Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
