Define Target Operating Model: Collaborate with project stakeholders to create a robust target operating model for the Billing and Delivery capacity. Process Design: Design and document the end-to-end processes involved in Billing and Delivery transactions, including pre-pricing, pricing, fee collection, settlement, and post-settlement activities. Operational Expertise: Leverage expertise in middle office or syndication processes within Debt Capital Markets to provide insights and recommendations for best practices. Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of the defined processes and operating model, ensuring alignment with regulatory, operational, and architectural requirements. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work collaboratively with various teams, including Sales & Trading, Compliance, Legal, and IT, to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure that all requirements are met. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and support to internal teams on the new processes and operational models implemented as part of the project. 10+ years of experience. Proven experience in a middle office or syndication role within Debt Capital Markets, specifically handling Billing and Delivery transactions. Strong understanding of DCM operations, processes, and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and optimize processes. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to Debt Capital Markets is a plus.
