Team Lead Business Operations Client Strategy

A leading global financial institution is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee business operations, client development, and administrative coordination for its Corporate Banking Division. Client Strategy & Marketing Support Plan and execute client engagement initiatives, including partnership and networking events. Conduct outreach to public institutions and corporate partners to develop and strengthen business relationships. Support the creation and execution of business development strategies to grow the client base. Business Operations & Reporting Oversee the collection, analysis, and consolidation of key performance metrics across the division. Compile reports and business data from various teams for executive review and submission to internal stakeholders. Lead the preparation of business plans, budgeting, and forecasting for the division. Coordinate reporting deliverables required by internal headquarters and other departments. Administrative Coordination Supervise a team supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance efforts, ensuring accurate and timely execution of due diligence tasks. Facilitate communication and process alignment across internal teams to support consistent execution of administrative functions. Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs to support professional growth within the Corporate Banking Division. Manage external and internal training resources and oversee logistics for workshops and seminars. Post-Loan Oversight Monitor and ensure the effective management of post-loan processes, including compliance and risk assessments. Special Projects Lead and support ad-hoc initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned by department leadership.
