Pre-K Co-Lead Teacher Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and creative Pre-K Co-Lead Teacher for The Goddard School located in Collegeville, PA (across from the Providence Town Center off the Collegeville/Phoenixville 422 exit!). We're looking for a teacher to join our Pre-K classroom. In this role, you'll foster a nurturing and fun environment while delivering a play-based, ready-to-use but customizable curriculum no late-night lesson planning required! You'll guide daily activities, support child development, assess progress, and collaborate with a warm, dedicated team of like-minded, committed educators! Inspire a love of learning through hands-on, engaging activities that incorporate both academic learning along with social and emotional development. Observe and assess student development, adapting lessons using real-time data. Classroom Management: Build a safe, welcoming, and child-centered classroom environment. Manage daily routines smoothly and use positive guidance for behavior. Family Communication: Keep families informed through daily updates (written and verbal) and bi-annual conferences. Foster strong parent partnerships and encourage involvement. Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe learning space; follow all safety protocols. Supervise children at all timesindoors and outdoors. Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing training and stay current on best practices. Collaborate with teammates to support a strong school community.
