This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers a schedule of Monday to Thursday in office and the option to work remote on Friday Responsibilities Lead a team of software developers in building applications and platforms using modern Typescript, React, HTML, .NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS technologies. Apply sound quality management methods, tools and techniques to create and support defect-free application software that meets the needs of the organization Take complete ownership of product launch activities and coordinate closely with DevOps to monitor application performance and availability. Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be leveraged to strength CoStar's technology platform and develop practices Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree Track record of commitment to prior employers 5+ years' experience in web development and database technologies 3+ years' experience building large distributed, API-driven systems Strong understanding of OOP and software design patterns Experience using JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, and AWS technologies Experience leading technical teams, working through complex requirements and offering relevant, timely technical solutions Preferred Qualifications And Skills Commercial Real Estate knowledge is a bonus Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB or ElasticSearch Experience with Docker and container orchestration What's In It For You When you join CoStar Group, you'll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
