Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in field service and test engineering within the power distribution industry. In-depth knowledge of power control systems, PLCs, ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and schematics is required. Experience with protective relays, generators, Deif AGC controllers, and B&R HMIs is a plus. Responsibilities

Perform complex mechanical and electrical tests to ensure conformity to design and industry standards. Verify Sequence of Operation for sophisticated Power Distribution Equipment. Conduct Factory Witness Tests. Experience with data center commissioning, new construction, LOTO, energy management, and NFPA 70E training. Travel up to 25% to customer sites for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field measurements of electrical switchgear. Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, budgeting, KPI reviews, and attend meetings as required. Assess defects and malfunctions, making recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to improve test methods and resolve issues. Set up and maintain test equipment. Perform Point to Point, Hi-Pot, and Current Injection Tests. Follow proper safety protocols and PPE at all times. Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, recognizing components and their functions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork skills. Exercise judgment, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Work independently and proactively seek new work opportunities. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, vendors, and management (written and verbal). Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Physical Requirements

Lift up to 40 pounds. Stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Work from heights with proper safety equipment. Travel up to 50% for extended periods. Work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Education Requirements

B.S. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. 1-3 years of experience with switchgear, power distribution systems, and field service testing. Benefits
