At Advanex, we're leaders in precision engineering, specializing in custom spring and wire solutions for global industries. Behind our success is a team of dedicated professionals who keep things moving - and we're currently looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our team! As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in the flow of materials throughout our facility. From receiving and organizing inventory to preparing outbound shipments, you'll help ensure our operations run smoothly and our customers get exactly what they need - on time, every time. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Receiving & Inventory: Count and sort incoming merchandise to verify against shipping documents or purchase orders Enter receipt quantities into the ERP system Check quality and quantity of items received; identify and report damaged goods Label, unpack and stock items in proper storage locations Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy Keep warehouse areas organized and clearly labeled Shipping & Order Fulfillment: Pick merchandise based on pick lists and prepare for shipment Inspect, weigh, and label outbound merchandise Load pallets onto carriers and complete shipping documentation Handle vendor returns and maintain outbound shipment records Track shipments and ensure BOLs and packing slips are accurate Other Responsibilities: Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues Follow warehouse safety rules and 5S standards Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed What You Bring to the Table: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) 1-3 years of warehouse experience (preferred) Experience using an ERP system (preferred) Forklift operation experience; certification preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accomodation Ability to perform repetitive tasks Basic math and computer skills Team player who can also work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love Working Here: Stable and growing manufacturing company Supportive team culture with opportunities to grow Emphasis on safety, structure and continuous improvement Competitive pay and benefits Ready to Apply?
