Responsibilities
Be responsible for ARNG NCR IT services and support such as Campus Area Network (CAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) operations Leverage technology advancements to increase the performance, security, and efficiency of ARNG NCR IT services Improve customer service and internal efficiency by emphasizing proactive system management using ITIL processes Establishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems Provides technical support for system users
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering field A minimum of five years of experience operating and maintaining network services for COOP sites A minimum of five years of experience managing network services for a similar network to that of the current ARNG NCR environment Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III or IAM Level III ITIL Foundation Level Certification-if not already obtained, must obtain within 6 months of contract start Active Security clearance
