Machine Learning Engineer, Customer Support & Claims

Join Tesla’s service software team, where you’ll work alongside some of the brightest engineers globally to power critical machine learning models for internal service applications. These applications support Tesla’s service centers, collision centers, global customer relationship management, and insurance claims. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll tackle complex, ambiguous challenges, transforming them into end-to-end solutions that drive Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
