Job Mission
The Data Science Organization at ASML-Brion seeks an experienced Data Scientist passionate about building data products and systems. Since 2014, we have leveraged vast data from our hardware and software products to drive insights. As our vision expands, so do opportunities to contribute through data analytics. We are looking for a Principal Data Scientist with hands-on experience exploring big data opportunities, responsible for utilizing diverse data sources to generate actionable insights that can lead to new offerings or enhance existing products and services.
Job Description
You will collaborate with team leads to define problem statements and deliver insights to production. Responsibilities include designing and managing large, complex datasets from various sources, applying data mining and machine learning techniques, and delivering predictive models. You will implement scalable algorithms for data transformation and analysis on Hadoop and other distributed systems.
Context of the position
This role primarily involves working in an office environment, requiring frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily computer use is necessary, and extended periods of standing may be required during meetings.
