What You’ll Do

Design, build, and scale backend services that power AI-driven lending workflows

Create robust APIs to integrate with loan origination systems, payment processors, and compliance platforms

Optimize backend performance for

real-time voice interactions

with sub-second latency

Deploy and manage containerized applications using

Kubernetes

for high-availability systems

Implement event-driven architectures with

Python AsyncIO

for responsive, automated workflows

Own projects from architecture to deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement

What We’re Looking For

1+ years

of backend engineering experience in high-speed development environments

Strong skills in

Python

(AsyncIO, FastAPI, or Django)

Experience with

Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams

for event-driven systems

Solid understanding of

PostgreSQL

or similar relational/NoSQL databases

Proven ability to debug, optimize, and deliver reliable backend systems

A bias toward action, with a passion for solving real-world problems at scale

Bonus Points

Experience with

AI/LLM-powered applications

Background in

fintech, lending, or compliance-heavy industries
