Pennsylvania - Intensivist Needed at a Regional Referral Center with High Acuity Cases in Lakeside Community!

* Status: Full-time position with flexible 15 shifts per month (mixed days and nights, with 5 or less nights per month) * Coverage to include: Medical, Cardiovascular, Trauma, Surgical, Kidney Transplant, and Neuro ICU beds * This is a valuable opportunity to work in a high-acuity regional referral center delivering advanced, team-based care to critically ill patients in northwest Pennsylvania. * Join a multidisciplinary team, including highly trained Advanced Practice Providers to support the service line. * 64-bed critical care tower equipped with advanced technology and designed for optimal patient monitoring and staff efficiency. * Availability of point of care ultrasound, videolaryngoscopy, bedside bronchoscopy, easy access to prone positioning. Ability to initiate ECMO followed by transfer to quaternary center. * Modern radiology suite with 3T MRI and patient-centered layout. * Opportunity to teach emergency medicine and neurology residents * All ICUs are Beacon Units (Silver and gold) * Comprehensive Cardiac Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
Qualifications:
* MD/DO from an accredited medical school * Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program completion * Accredited Critical Care Fellowship Program completion * Open to recent fellowship-trained physicians * American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine * Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials * DEA certification
