* Outpatient only position * Join an established team of Family Medicine physicians and Advanced Practitioners * Rotating call every 4-5 weeks for one full week at a time * Clinic houses its own lab services, imaging department, and Convenient Care with a pharmacy directly adjacent to the building * NHSC certified site in Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) that qualifies for federal loan repayment programs as well as the IDPH loan repayment program
