* Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days.
* License: None * EMR: Epic * Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
* Other details: The facility which is trauma level 4 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 12-15 patients per shift. A provider is needed for clinic coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or night shifts required. The position is open to candidates who practice adult medicine only, and a minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months is preferred.
