*Role Overview*
We are seeking a highly capable *QSC Programmer* to support the deployment of Q-SYS systems, including full installation, configuration, programming, testing, and customer training. This role is ideal for professionals with experience across the full AV integration lifecycle, particularly in working with QSC Core and peripheral devices.
*Scope & Estimated Timeline*
With two experienced programmers, the estimated engagement is structured as follows:
* *1–2 Days:* Equipment installation * *2 Days:* System configuration and programming * *1 Day:* Full system testing * *1 Day:* End-user training (if requested)
*Key Responsibilities*
* Install and configure Q-SYS Core processors, including the *Core 110f* * Program and customize QSC control interfaces * Integrate and deploy QSC hardware, including: * *Controllers* * *SPA-Q Series Devices* * *QSC Amplifiers* * Conduct thorough system testing to validate performance * Provide training for end users on how to operate the system * Collaborate with AV/IT teams to align with project timelines and requirements * Maintain clear documentation for programming and configuration
*Required Qualifications*
* Proven experience with *QSC Q-SYS system programming and deployment* * Proficiency with *Core 110f*, *SPA-Q*, controllers, and amps * Ability to handle installation, programming, and support tasks independently * Solid understanding of AV system integration and IP-based audio/video distribution * Strong problem-solving and communication skills
*Preferred*
* Q-SYS Level 1 or Level 2 Certification * Experience training clients on Q-SYS usage * Familiarity with other AV control platforms
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
