* Full-time: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM * Open to 4 weeks/month or 3 weeks on, 1 week off * Call: Phone-only call * Charting: Epic
Setting
* Acute Care Hospital * On-site: Infusion, pharmacy, lab, and imaging * Collaborative specialties: Radiation Oncology, Genetics, Palliative Care, Surgery, Cardiology, Urology, Plastics * Dedicated RN care coordinators and integrated support team * Cancer program accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer * Connected to Coborn Healing Center for integrative support services * Support provided to additional CentraCare Cancer Centers across MN
Requirements
* Board Certification in both Hematology and Oncology Required * MN license - Required * COVID-19 vaccine Required (medical/religious exemptions accepted) * Name clearance required prior to submittal * Two references must be submitted with the application
