Opportunity Highlights
* Join a growing, full-scope hospital-based OMFS practice that includes three BC Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Two have additional fellowship training (Maxillofacial Oncology/Microvascular Surgery and Pediatric Craniomaxillofacial Surgery) * Completion of a TMJ or Cosmetic fellowship preferred but not required * Call is 1:4 - OMFS surgeons cover all facial trauma cases out of a single hospital * Block OR and clinic time at Hospital as well as our new, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center and outpatient clinic facilities * Private practice model with academic component - serving as faculty member for fully accredited Carle Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program * Interest in resident education is a must * Opportunity to develop a robust subspecialty practice * Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage * Large built-in referral network * Teaching and research opportunities available * Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
