Synchronous Solutions, Inc. Synch-Solutions is looking for a UiPath Developer to deliver Automation Projects in the Automation Program Portfolio. This position is 100% remote with no travel and is a full-time 1099 / C2C role. Applicants must be USA citizens due to the sensitivity of the public sector. Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement process improvement tools including Workflow, RPA, OCR, NLP, and ML to meet business requirements. Map current processes, explore and test new technologies for process re-engineering, digitization, and automation. Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) with detailed process flows and technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and document test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance testing. Plan development approaches for projects using object-oriented design skills. Work within project constraints, communicate risks and issues to the project manager. Support the creation and refinement of a framework for rapid and repeatable process delivery. Monitor and scale solutions to meet SLAs and effectiveness. Analyze RPA incidents and process exceptions to identify root causes. Ensure the implementation of solutions is complete, effective, and sustainable. Collaborate with a dynamic team to refine automation based on user feedback. Qualifications and Education

Must be UiPath Certified. Bachelors degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, or Engineering. At least 2 years of experience as a UiPath Developer. Knowledge of VBA, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and other automation tools is advantageous. Experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages like Python, Java, HTML, ASP.NET. Knowledge of DBMS systems such as MySQL and SQL Server. Familiarity with SDLC, business process mapping, project management, and agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and proactively with a team. Additional Details
