We are seeking a 3-11 pm RN Supervisor to join our team! $4000 Sign On Bonus Compensation: $40 per hour ABOUT THE ROLE: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the overall nursing care/service, and management of all personnel on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated. Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift. Administer direct care as necessary. Give and receive shift reports. Round twice a shift to ensure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment. Keep physicians and families aware of changes in residents' condition. Assist in developing comprehensive care plans. Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident. I'd like for you to maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered. Respond to resident emergency call system. Interface with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services. Accompanies physicians when making rounds. Encourage restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence.WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU... Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. RN with a current license in Florida. At least 6 months of experience in geriatric nursing is a plus. Supervisory experience is a plus. Basic computer proficiency. Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression. Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
