The Enterprise ERP - GL Team is looking to add a Quality Assurance analyst to the team! A QA analyst tests and quality assures programs, application modules, and products of increasing complexity created by the Development Department using systematic quality assurance techniques. The QA Analyst provides support for various modules to customers, peers, and management with diagnostic troubleshooting assistance and strives to further organizational and company goals.
Position Details
This position will initially be responsible for assisting the multiple Cloud teams including Assurance, Hub, Enterprise Forms, Enterprise Service Requests, Spatial, OpenAPI, Workflow, and more. Responsibilities
Test and quality assure programs and application modules. Provide support for various modules to customers and management. Assist in diagnostic troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation, security, product development, and QA to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs. This role will also focus on risk assessment, release management, customer engagement, and communication to ensure transparency and product success. We are seeking Computer Science or Software Engineering students (preferably rising Juniors and Seniors) for a summer internship with Tyler Technologies. You will work with our payments team to develop government payment software for both online and in-person transactions. As an intern you will be an active member of our agile development team, gaining hands-on experience in modern software engineering practices while contributing to real-world projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
