As the Project Manager on the Enterprise Digital Manufacturing team, you'll manage projects and report on key performance indicators on assigned projects throughout their life cycle. We'll count on you to ensure the project performance and coordinate the activities of the team responsible for project deliverables.Create detailed project plans including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, reporting processes, and allocating resources in accordance within the digital strategyApply project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the on-time launch and execution of projects from concept to endIdentify project management coordination gaps or areas of improvement and make effective decisions when presented with multiple optionsManage and control project budget providing cost forecasts and cash flow projections through development of project cost and status reportsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports highlighting the KPIs that are below targetsCoordinate root cause analysis when targets are not met and support the implementation of solutionsCommunicate with leadership to provide weekly project updates, keep project aligned to goals and proactively escalate issues to stay on time and scheduleRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business from an accredited college or university.5+ years' experience managing or coordinating projects.The approximate pay range for this position is $82,000.00 to $158,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
