We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, ensuring patient comfort, and collaborating with physicians to provide accurate diagnostic information. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and sonography techniques to effectively assess and document patient conditions.RequirementsYears of Experience:2 year(s)Certifications:BLS, CCI, RDCSProficiency in medical terminology relevant to sonography and diagnostic imaging.Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to sonographic imaging.Experience or training in emergency medicine or cardiology is preferred.Familiarity with cardiac catheterization procedures is a plus.Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control practices.Ability to assess vital signs accurately before, during, and after procedures.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.Certification in Sonography from an accredited institution is required; additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., vascular or cardiac sonography) are advantageous.Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)First-timers accepted: YesLocals accepted: YesJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $67.61 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
