HR Business AnalystAs a Business Analyst on the HR Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-priority HR transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to analyze current processes, propose solutions, and support complex projects that align with the organization's strategic goals. ResponsibilitiesRequirements GatheringCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements. Document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.Data AnalysisAnalyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Interpret data to support decision-making and strategy. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively.Solution DesignWork with project teams to develop and propose solutions to business problems. Create functional specifications for new systems or enhancements to existing systems. Partner with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.Project ManagementManage complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities and dependencies. Develop project plans, manage scope, and provide regular status reporting to the Head of HR Transformation and Head of HR PMO. Ensure timely delivery of projects while mitigating risks and resolving issues.Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain relationships across diverse groups and hierarchies, from junior employees to senior executives. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively, tailoring messages for different audiences.Facilitation and TrainingFacilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus. Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train new users and clients on processes and functionality.Change Management CollaborationWork closely with change management experts to align business analysis efforts with organizational transitions. Support end-user adoption and engagement during system and process changes.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of work experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field. Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to work in small, collaborative teams and adapt to dynamic environments. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, HR ServiceNow) and process improvement initiatives.SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and propose actionable solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and articulate issues to different audiences. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
