Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated 2nd shift General Laborers / Production Workers to join our team, responsible for assembling truck caps. In this role, you will be required to sand, grind, install carpet, operate hand saws, fit, feel, and assemble fiberglass components and windows, and seal systems. Attention to detail and proficiency with hand and power tools are essential.ResponsibilitiesAssemble truck caps using hand and power tools.Sand, grind, and install carpet on truck caps.Operate hand saws and fit fiberglass components and windows.Utilize attention to detail in assembling and sealing systems.Essential SkillsIndustrial manufacturing experience.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to lift 30 pounds.Mechanical skills including the use of torque wrenches and air tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and standard operating procedures.Experience in machine/engine building, car/transmission work, or farm equipment work is beneficial.Must wear steel or composite toed shoes.Why Work Here?Join a stable industry unaffected by market fluctuations and benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
