This is a full-time, hybrid direct hire position. Compensation for this position is expected to be 125-175K.As Director of Project and Operations Management, you will serve as the strategic right hand to the agency leader, building out the project management practice while leading all aspects of resourcing and operations. This high-impact, collaborative role is focused on optimizing workflow, defining operational responsibilities, and supporting a diverse portfolio of creative and product-driven work. We're seeking a confident, entrepreneurial leader who is both solutions-oriented and adaptable, brings fresh ideas, strong client presence, and a producer's mindset to every challenge.What You'll Do:Build, lead, and continuously improve project management and operational processes across the agencyStrategize and distribute operational and project management duties, ensuring the right tasks are assigned to the right team membersCollaborate closely with leadership to drive innovation, support change management, and scale operationsSolve problems proactively, acting as a resourceful producer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsOversee project delivery for a diverse range of creative and product-focused initiativesServe as a client-facing leader, stepping in for agency leadership as needed and representing the agency with executive-level stakeholdersFoster strong relationships across multi-level organizations, ensuring smooth communication and project executionImplement ideas efficiently, balancing innovation with respect for established processesSupport technical teams and creative talent, helping drive projects from concept to completionChampion a culture of collaboration, humility, and continuous improvement
