Information Systems Security Manager with a TS/SCI w/ Poly

to support a future contract with our Engineering Services and Solutions Division out of Annapolis Junction, MD.

In this role, you will: Provide management support for a program's Information Assurance requirements. Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce Information System Security policies, standards, and methodologies. Manage operational security posture for an Information System or program, ensuring policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed. Manage security aspects of the Information System and perform day-to-day security operations. Assist ISSEs and ISSOs in evaluating security solutions to meet security requirements for processing classified information. Manage vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support security authorization. Support configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware. Manage changes to systems and assess security impacts. Prepare documentation reviews, including System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs). Support security authorization activities in compliance with NSA/CSS RMF and DoD DIACAP processes.

Qualifications include: Ten (10) years of experience in security authorization. Knowledge of security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, encryption tools and techniques. Familiarity with commercial security products, security incident management, PKI, and authorization services. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or IT Engineering, or an additional four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. DoD 8570 IAM II compliance.

Pay Range: $200,000 to $220,000, with factors such as location, experience, skills, education, and certifications influencing final salary.
