Analyze : Dig into our needstalk to stakeholders, gather requirements, and make them actionable. Optimize : Troubleshoot, tweak, and keep our Salesforce humming, from client onboarding to sales wins. Youre technical but grounded, highly organized and detail-obsessed but big-picture-driven. Skills : Salesforce pro (certifications a must), ace at process mapping, comfy with data and integrations.
