Principal UX Designer
for one of their Enterprise B2B teams. Principal UX Designer , you will set the vision for optimal customer and associate experiences and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners. You will leverage your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes, harnessing collective creativity. Your storytelling skills will be essential in presenting your vision and product design rationale convincingly to stakeholders and leadership. You will work with partners to develop shared plans that balance business and technological considerations, crafting intuitive and accessible experiences for all users. Involving the design research team at key points to incorporate insights. Rapid prototyping and experimentation in a fast-paced environment. Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively. Developing scalable experiences with our Design System team. Contributing to the expansion of the component library with the Design System team. Championing the Design Thinking philosophy across the organization. Communicating with kindness and empathy. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Staying current with industry trends inside and outside retail. Preferred qualifications: Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or related field, with 5-7+ years of product design experience. A compelling portfolio showcasing elegant and simplified design solutions. The target salary range for this role is $155,000 to $170,000, based on education, experience, certifications, and location.
