Job Overview Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of the Airport’s digital channels such as website, app, email marketing and other platforms as part of the Marketing team. This role will leverage CRM/CDP platforms such as the Salesforce suite of tools to drive marketing campaigns and optimize customer data management. Leads marketing automation and data analysis to drive engagement, conversion, and retention. What you will be doing: Leads, manages and develops a team of digital marketing professionals focusing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for the Communications and Marketing department

Develops comprehensive marketing strategies for all digital channels, including mobile app, website and CRM/CDP channels, to achieve business objectives and drive customer engagement. Leads strategies for collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer data within Salesforce Data Cloud to create comprehensive customer profiles. Develop strategies for customer lifecycle marketing programs, including welcome, re-engagement, and loyalty campaigns, to drive customer retention and lifetime value. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategy, communications, Information Technology Systems (ITS), and enterprise data analytics, to ensure seamless integration of digital channels (mobile app, website, etc.) with other systems and platforms. Acts as the primary liaison with ITS on digital channel initiatives on behalf of the Communications and Marketing department. Manages marketing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and consultants to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives. Partner with internal informational technology teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for consent management, and data security. Performs other related duties as assigned. What you need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Six (6) plus years of experience in marketing automation, CRM/CDPs, or digital marketing roles, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above. One or more salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s): Email Specialist, Journey Builder, or Marketing Cloud Consultant. What we desire: Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Analytics Builder. Knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability/compliance standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, sender reputation, inbox placement). Skill in configuring and executing multi step campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Skill in data analysis and problem-solving interpreting campaign metrics, drawing insights, and converting them into effective marketing tactics. Skill in project management including scoping work, setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating cross-functional resources in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lead and develop individual contributors, setting clear expectations and supporting professional growth. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, tailoring messages to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Knowledge of Spanish or other foreign language(s). Airline, airport, or aviation experience preferred. Special requirements: Must obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Airport Identification/Access Badge (badge) in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements in Chapter 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1500 et al., and DFW Airport’s Airport Security Program within thirty (30) days from date of employment and maintain qualification for a SIDA badge upon each badge renewal.
