Minimum Qualifications :
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ServiceNow, Cisco, Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft 365, OneDrive migration.
Masters degree required or in active pursuit, with completion within 2 years from the date of hire or transfer.
Minimum 10 years of related experience, including technical management leadership.
Ability to work within a complex, multisite environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work cooperatively and effectively with people at various organizational levels, building consensus through negotiation and diplomacy.
Position Summary
The AVP of Technology and Infrastructure provides technical direction for the development, design, and execution of projects, overseeing resources and leading teams in Engineering, Network, Technical Support, Asset Management, and Customer Service.
This role acts as the main contact for technical and infrastructure projects, responsible for maintenance of data centers, data closets, and infrastructure objects, reporting directly to the CIO.
Supports organizational goals through quality customer service, participation in performance improvements, and teamwork.
Qualifications
Education:
Masters degree in progress or completed within 2 years of hire. Experience:

Experience with infrastructure management, including servers, networks, support, and storage. Expertise in server platforms, network components, and multiple OS. Assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Communicate sensitive information tactfully. Develop and implement ITIL-aligned processes. Allocate resources efficiently for multiple projects. Negotiate vendor and service contracts. Manage IT assets and staff, including recruitment and evaluation. Maintain communication with organizational leaders and staff regarding IT activities. Adhere to organizational values and policies. Make impactful decisions affecting project success, resource management, and organizational relationships. Perform complex technical activities, applying fundamental principles across diverse contexts. Advise on standards, methods, tools, and applications, making appropriate choices. Possess a valid drivers license and perform other duties as assigned. Work Environment Includes repetitive motions, use of equipment like computers, fax, copier, and occasional driving.
