STNA (CNA) - Full-time Shifts

If you are passionate about making every day count for patients and families, we would be honored to hear from you.STNA (CNA) Schedules:Available Schedules: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pmWednesday to Friday: 8:00pm - 8:30amTravel to the office in Green, Ohio, is required. Serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio as part of the emergent care team.STNA (CNA) Qualifications:Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certificationMust be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide requiredHospice or Home Health Agency experience preferredMust possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisorsMust exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilizationMust have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.CNA (STNA) Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO.Ability to grow into a variety of different roles inside our team and organization, including leadership opportunities
