The Community Director is responsible for the administrative operations and supervision of a branch, including training, supervising, and evaluating staff and office operations. The Community Director participates in departmental committees and manages different structures, with specific duties and responsibilities varying accordingly. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide oversight of general branch operations. Monitor staff performance and office efficiency. Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors at the branch level. Assist with strategic planning, business development, and fiscal management at the branch. Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation

$100,000 - $110,000 annually; direct experience highly considered. Employment Type

Proficient knowledge of GAAP. Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Expert-level understanding of business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling). Strong professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal). Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all duties. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree required. Master of Business Administration Degree preferred. 7-10 years of related or closely related experience. 5-7 years of management and/or supervisory experience. 5-7 years of community association experience.
