REMOTE/QA Analyst USCJob Description:We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass QA Specialist to join ourteam. The SAP Fieldglass QA Engineer will be responsible for developingand implementing a re-useable approach to SAP Fieldglass Test Automation.You will be expected to understand and analyze the requirements andprocedures of SAP Fieldglass Testing and create, execute, and optimize SAPFieldglass Test Cases, Test Automation, and Automation Scripts.Responsibilities:- Design and implement a reusable approach to SAP Fieldglass TestAutomation and the associated framework- Coach and mentor others on the adoption of SAP Fieldglass TestAutomation technologies and techniques- Analyze and understand SAP Fieldglass Testing Procedures andRequirements- Develop and execute SAP Fieldglass Test Cases, Test Automation, andAutomation Scripts- Identify, document, and conduct follow-ups on bugs and quality issues- Develop test plans and write automation test cases wherever needed- Regularly revisit SAP Fieldglass test cases and strategy to incorporatethe latest product functionality- Report on SAP Fieldglass testing status and results- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfactionQualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Automation- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass applications- Knowledge of Software Testing, Programming Languages, and QualityAssurance Principles- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills- Customer relationship management experience- Experience working in an agile DevOps environment.- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium with Java, BDD- Experience with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and other DevOps tools.- Good experience building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.- Good experience in AWS; Additional experience with Azure and/or GCP aplus.The SAP Fieldglass QA Engineer will work closely with our development andproduct teams to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards ofquality. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, andcapable of managing multiple priorities and tasks in a deadline-drivenenvironment.
