About the Opportunity: As the Associate Medical Director at Community Health Rutland, you ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering full-spectrum care to patients of all ages. In addition to providing direct patient care, this leadership role empowers you to shape clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and advance organizational strategies. Our Rutland site uniquely integrates primary care and express care under one roof, with onsite behavioral health, care management, and social work services all designed to support team-based, patient-centered care.

- Base salary starting at $300,000 , with potential to exceed $500,000 annually under RVU-based incentive models and expanded leadership responsibilities
- 4-day clinical work week with outpatient-only schedule
