We are seeking a dedicated
Construction Project Manager
to oversee the construction of custom homes from design through to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-end residential projects, with a focus on custom home builds. You will be responsible for the smooth coordination of all project phases, ensuring that each custom home is built on time, within budget, and according to the client’s specific requirements. Key Responsibilities : Manage the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the vision and specifications of each custom home are achieved. Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely procurement of materials and resources. Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction team members, ensuring that all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor job site conditions, quality control, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management, specifically with custom home builds. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of custom home building processes, construction materials, and high-end finishes. Construction Project Manager
