Warehouse Associate .
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing the movement of goods and materials in and out of the warehouse distribution center. This includes receiving and processing incoming shipments, preparing and shipping outgoing shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory levels. Here's what you’ll get to do: Pick, pack and label items for shipment, ensuring that they are secure and meet all regulatory requirements
Sort, count, and label items received, and store them in designated areas
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic inventory checks
Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Communicate with other departments as necessary to ensure timely and accurate shipments
This is what will get you noticed: Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with experience in shipping and receiving processes
Familiarity with shipping and inventory management software, such as UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager
Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment
Experience with inventory management and record-keeping
Experience communicating with vendors, carriers, and other departments to coordinate shipments
Certifications: Forklift certification preferred
