Location: Claremont, CA Job Posting Title: Reporting and Integration Analyst Job Details and Requirement: Department : Data, Systems, and Integrations Supervisor : Integration Specialist GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Reporting and Integration analyst will assist in developing cross-platform data integration solutions, supporting ERP systems, integrating web and portal applications from third parties, and creating documentation for integration processes. They support DSI by troubleshooting system errors and exception handling for integrations, as well as workflow components. The Reporting and Integration Analyst will support the Data Management and Integrity (DMI) committee with maintaining the data dictionary and data standards. Responsible for maintaining reporting systems such as Power BI, Cognos, and Tableau, as well as any other reporting tools and support user training. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Integrations: Support the development of cross-platform data integration solutions using tools like Prism to import data from third-party applications into various systems (e.g., Student Information System, Powerfaids, Raisers Edge). Participate in developing and conducting training sessions and help create documentation as needed for integration processes. Provide support for various window applications and ensure appropriate integration of technologies such as SQL Server, including troubleshooting production issues and recommending solutions. Reporting Administrator : Lead the Pitzer Reporting group for Power BI. Assist functional users in developing, writing, modifying, scheduling, and publishing reports following industry best practices as well as guidelines from the DMI Committee. Responsible for the maintenance of the Data Dictionary in partnership with the Data Management and Integrity work. Help support the DMI website and community training for adhering to best practices in data standards. Team Planning: Participate in sprint planning and sprint review sessions. Collaboratively manage source control with the team including branching and merging procedures Participate punctually, effectively, and professionally in meetings. Collaborate with other teams to solve cross-functional challenges. Provide training, testing, debugging, and documentation as required in partnership with team to uptake new functionality. Learn new systems and adapt to changing technologies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualification

:

Bachelors degree in data science or a related field and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Data Analyst & Microsoft App Maker certification preferred.

Preference will be given to individuals with higher education experience and previous Power BI experience. Hybrid Compensation:

Budgeted Salary $78,000- $83,000 per year The salary for the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. : This is generally a sedentary position.
